You always see the cost before you turn one on, and add-ons are free during your trial. Switch one off and the data stays - it just becomes read-only.
Questions about the bill
Who counts as a person?
Anyone active on the account, including you. People you've invited but who haven't joined yet, and anyone you've switched off, aren't counted. Remove someone mid-month and you get the unused part back as credit.
Is there a minimum?
No. A one-person shop pays for one person. There's no floor and no ceiling.
What happens after the trial?
You get 30 days with everything unlocked and no card on file. If you don't add one by the end, the account goes read-only - nothing is deleted and nothing is lost.
What's the AI allowance?
Each person's seat includes an amount of AI each month, shown as a single bar. Breeze, data-tag scans, invoice scans and note rewrites all draw from it. If it runs out, only the AI pauses - the rest of Tracforce keeps working. You can top it up whenever you want.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. The owner can switch from Breeze Tech Support to Full Tracforce any time in Settings, Billing. It takes effect right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. To go back to Breeze Tech Support, contact us.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own settings. Your data stays exactly where it is, and you can come back to it later.
