How the score works

When a startup or survey is submitted, Tracforce's AI looks at the equipment record, the technician's notes, the photos, and historical readings — then assigns each unit:

  • Replacement probability (0–100%)
  • Urgency level (critical, high, medium, low)
  • Estimated ticket value
